Once you’ve completed all of the necessary forms and they are submit them, you’re officially part of our Rainbow CDC Family!
How to Enroll
1.Contact Us
By calling or emailing us, you can set up an appointment for a tour of our site. We want to give all families an opportunity to see our site before committing because seeing is believing!
2. Complete an application
During your tour, you will receive an application to complete if you decide to enroll your child in our program. Once its completed, you can send it back to us either in person or by email and we will do the rest!
3. Eligibility Review
Once we receive your application and your tour is complete, we will review your eligibility for our program. Once your eligibility is determined, one of our administrative staff will contact you to complete the rest of the enrollment process.
4. Official Registration
Once your eligibility is approved, we will provide you with an approved application with your child’s start date, schedule, and family fees. You may have to be placed into a waiting list in the case that there is no space in our program at the time of your registration.
5. Enrollment
Once your registration is successfully completed, you will receive a parent’s handbook along with more forms that must be completed. These forms include health records, emergency contacts, etc. Many of these forms are required by law and must be completed and submitted before your child is admitted into our school.
